Born in Southern California, Jim Love has been practicing the craft of black and white photography for more than 40 years. Jim studied commercial photography at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He later attended workshops in Carmel Valley, California where he met and absorbed techniques from Jerry Uelsmann, John Sexton, Jay Dusard, Annie Leibovitz, and Arnold Newman.
